EasyAlgo alert webhooks

This page may reference TradingView and ChartInk because they are alert destinations for EasyAlgo ENTRY/EXIT.

EasyAlgo alert webhooks

Configure external alerts to arm and exit EasyAlgo watchlist strategies. Open EasyAlgo → Watchlist Alert, choose a Source, and click Webhook on a strategy row.

Watchlist Source

  • ChartInk — one symbol per alert; paste the ChartInk Entry/Exit Webhook URL from the portal
  • TV Indicator — TradingView indicator alert
  • TV Strategy — TradingView strategy alert

TradingView setup

  1. Copy the Entry — Webhook URL from the EasyAlgo webhook modal into your TradingView alert Notifications → Webhook URL.
  2. Copy the Exit — Webhook URL into a second alert for closes.
  3. Paste the TradingView — Message JSON into each alert Message field. Keep the portal price placeholder — the token is bound to one symbol on the server.
  4. Embed the API key in the JSON when the portal shows easyalgo_api_key.

ChartInk setup

  1. Paste the ChartInk — Entry Webhook URL (with API key query when shown) into the ChartInk alert.
  2. Use the Exit URL for a second alert if your setup supports it.
  3. Configure exactly one stock per alert. Multi-symbol payloads set strategy rows to Error.
  4. ChartInk cannot send HMAC — disable Require HMAC signature for ChartInk-only users.

When your PC is not reachable from the internet, use desktop relay so public alert URLs forward to your desktop agent. See Desktop webhook relay.

Webhook security

  • Generate an API key under EasyAlgo → Webhook security
  • Embed the key in TradingView Message JSON or ChartInk URL query parameter
  • Optional HMAC (X-EasyAlgo-Signature) works with clients that support custom headers — not ChartInk
  • Rate limits apply per deployment settings

Behavior summary

  • Entry alert → arm LTP±2, Entry Sig=1, or queue if already in a trade
  • After fill → Target = Entry ± SetTarget points
  • Exit alert → Exit Sig on open row, or no-op if flat
